The scope of Tamm-Marlowe Design Studio design process includes the following (but not necessarily limited to):

• Emphasis on high end custom residential, commercial, and retail interior design projects that is inclusive of both new construction and remodeling

• Concept development, plan development, and space planning that includes furniture and/or equipment layouts

• Concept sketches and/or renderings

• Elevation of interior walls that include all background materials from the floor up

• Kitchen design and lay-out

• All interior and exterior material selections that is inclusive of detailed flooring patterns/designs, detailed tile and stone patterns/designs for kitchen, bath, etc., custom millwork, doors and windows, plumbing and appliances, fireplace surrounds, and custom wall and window treatments. This selection process is inclusive of a comprehensive surface material schedule.

• Interior and exterior lighting plan development as well as product selection and/or design. This process can and most times does include collaboration with architect and/or a lighting specialist.

• Reflective ceiling plan development. This process includes collaboration with the architect with respect to ceiling design and details.

• Compilation of a “Specification Manual” documenting all drawings and interior specifications for client, architect, and contractor use

• Budget management inclusive of all specified interior and exterior materials, furnishings and accessories

• Selection and design of custom case goods, soft goods, custom built-ins, custom area rugs and carpet design, textile selections, wall treatments, accessories, and/or objects darts, patio furnishings and pottery.

• Project supervision inclusive of “In Field” management.

• Management of local and out-of-state product purchasing and handling.

• International travel (if project requires) to select and purchase products and subsequent management of goods through Customs and final project destination.

• Develop and/or assist with required signage or graphics on commercial and/or retail projects.

• The team of Tamm-Marlowe Design Studio remains on the job until all interiors and furnishings are completed and installed and the project is up and operational.
